Opera singer Andrea Bocelli is the face of Italy’s illycaffè’s new San Francisco-specific advertising campaign, boosted by the fact Bocelli will perform Dec. 5 at the city’s new

Chase Center.

In addition to OOH at BART stations, in the financial district and at San Francisco International Airport, the DLV BBDO-developed campaign is supported through geo-targeted


mobile, digital and social media advertising across platforms including Spotify, Hulu, San Francisco magazine, SF Gate, Yelp and SF Eater.

There will also be a sampling

program to entice visitors to illy’s seven cafes within the city.
